Scope- Rethink Autism, Inc. is a web-based curriculum platform that puts effective treatment tools for children with autism into the hands of professionals. Rethink offers over 1,000 video-based exercises that are consistent with the applied behavior analysis (ABA) method. It is a student-centered, individualized curriculum that tracks specific student progress. Rethink Autism, Inc. will provide student access and teacher licenses to the interactive curriculum and lessons.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Yonkers Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Rethink Autism, Inc. through their web-based treatment platform.
1. Create Individualized ABA-based curricula.
2. Manage data online and get automated reports, train staff and
parents in research-based interventions.
WHEREAS the District has determined that the services can best be provided by Rethink Autism, Inc., and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Rethink Autism, Inc. for a total cost not to exceed $65,445.00.
