Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing contract with Farmingdale State College to purchase additional consulting services to support with offer additional concurrent college-level courses during the 2024-2025 academic year, to the students of Academy of Medical Professions (AMP) at Charles E. Gorton High School, for the 2024-2025 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Farmingdale State College a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Farmingdale State College to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Farmingdale State College at an additional of $35,925.00, increasing the total amount not to exceed $81,825.00.
