Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Sonova USA, Inc. to provide FM systems Roger X, Roger Touchscreen Mic, Lanyard set for Mic for hearing impaired students in the District on an as needed basis, and also the purchase of extended protection plan -EPP.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Sonova USA, Inc.,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Sonova USA, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $18,964.
