Term: September 2023 – August 2024 Amount: $30,000.00 Amendment 1 amount: $24,973.00 New Total Amount: $54,973.00 Scope: Amendment #1 to Resolution 17.2 (BOE approved10-18-23/BOCS approved 11-8-23, Contract number 2024-00000473) for an additional $24,973.00, increasing the total contract to $54,973.00. Hudson River Museum will work with Museum School 25’s administration and staff to envision, plan, and pilot a holistic and sustainable partnership with Museum School 25. It will focus on the history, science, and art of the Hudson River that will support and extend the curriculum at every grade level.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing contract with Hudson River Museum to purchase additional consulting services to support Museum School 25’s administration and staff to envision, plan, and pilot a holistic and sustainable partnership with Museum School 25. It will focus on the history, science, and art of the Hudson River that will support and extend the curriculum at every grade level for the 2023-2024 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Hudson River Museum, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Hudson River Museum to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Hudson River Museum at an additional of $24,973.00 , increasing the total amount not to exceed $54,973.00.
