Wilson Language Training Corporation Term: May 2025 - August 2025 Amount:$33,061.64 Scope: Wilson Language Training Corporation will offer comprehensive professional development sessions dedicated to enhancing teachers' knowledge in remedial reading through the Wilson programs. As part of our commitment, we will deliver tailored training designed to equip educators with the essential skills and strategies necessary for effective implementation. Additionally, we will provide an array of specialized Wilson-specific materials to support ongoing instruction and ensure a seamless integration of program principles into the classroom, fostering improved student literacy outcomes.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Wilson Language Training Corporation to purchase consulting services to support the Professional Development of Non-Public School Julia Dyckman for the 2024-2025 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Wilson Language Training Corporation a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Wilson Language Training Corporation to provide professional development services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Wilson Language Training Corporation at a cost not to exceed $33,061.64.
