Scope: Yondr, inc will provide solutions and guidance on creating an engaging, phone-free school environment at Barack Obama School for Social Justice. Barack Obama School for Social Justice will receive 1:1 pouches and replacements for their middle school students, along with unlocking bases, storage accessories, and collateral/signage to support their full-day, phone-free environment.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Yondr, Inc to purchase consulting services to support the Barack Obama School for Social Justice and provide solutions and guidance on creating an engaging, phone-free school environment for the 2023-2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Yondr, Inc a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Yondr, Inc to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Yondr, Inc at a cost not to exceed $6,000.00.
