Resolution:

WHEREAS via resolution 16.5 dated April 20, 2022, the Board of Education awarded Purchase Order No. 2022-7068 Architectural Services for CIP 10945 “Kitchen/Refrigeration & Playground” at Robert C. Dodson School to Fuller & D’Angelo P.C. in the amount of $33,500.00 and a term of 365 calendar days under Contract No. 2020-0628, and
WHEREAS via resolution 12.8 dated October 16, 2024, the Board of Education authorized Amendment 1 to Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners in the amount of $7,500.00, increasing their task from $33,500.00 to $41,000.00, and
WHEREAS Amendment 2 is required for additional architectural services for design, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration services for CIP 10945, “Kitchen/Refrigeration & Playground” at Robert C. Dodson School, and
WHEREAS Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners has presented an acceptable proposal to complete this added task at a cost of $11,100.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend the existing assignment for CIP 10945, “Kitchen/Refrigeration & Playground” at Robert C. Dodson School under Contract No. 2024-0872 to Fuller & D’Angelo P.C. for $11,100.00, increasing the assignment amount from $41,000.00 to $52,100.00.
