Rave Panic Button will integrate directly into Motorola’s Aware System, which YPD centrally manages. DoIT recommends procuring the Rave Panic Button as an add-on to the existing Motorola Contract as a joint service between COY and BOE. The integration will limit the impact of emergencies by providing actionable information to all parties in real time by connecting users with 911, displaying additional data and chat tools to first responders and call takers, and launching smart notifications to key stakeholders. The joint services will reduce DoIT maintenance costs and improve YPD’s emergency response time
