Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Robin Meger Corporation DBA ASCD to purchase consulting services to start a pilot program to equip educators with proactive, restorative approaches that reduce the reliance on exclusionary discipline while fostering positive student behavior and academic achievement for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Robin Meger Corporation DBA ASCD a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Robin Meger Corporation DBA ASCD to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Robin Meger Corporation DBA ASCD at a cost not to exceed $22,500.
