Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Tenure Appointment Policy #9260.2.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Tenure Appointment - Policy #9260.2; and
Be it further resolved that Policy#9260.2 Tenure Appointment shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual.
