Scope – The District is seeking to renew its annual subscription to Frontline Asset Management software the sole source provider of the software, for the term of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026. The District has been using this software since September 2020.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the District is seeking to renew its subscription with Frontline for Inventory and Asset Management software, and,
WHEREAS Hayes Software was the original provider of the software and support, however, Hayes has since been purchased by Frontline, the sole source provider, and,
WHEREAS this renewal will provide the District with maintenance and support through the 2025-2026 school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Yonkers Public Schools issue a purchase order to Frontline (Sole Source Provider), in the amount of $29,655.99 for the renewal of the District’s subscription.
