WHEREAS an extension of time is required to complete work, issue closeout documents and final payments, and
WHEREAS the contract terms shall be extended as so listed:
Amendment 2, Contract 2023-00000637, CIP 10878, Electrical Contract, to Naber Electric Corp. for an additional 365 days, revising the contract term to 730 days.
Amendment 1, Contract 2023-00000636, CIP 10878, HVAC Contract, to Mengler Mechanical, Inc. for an additional 365 days, revising the contract term to 730 days.
