Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Barnes & Noble, Inc. to provide Title I supplemental materials for students in grades 7-12 during the 2024-2025 school year. WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Barnes & Noble, Inc. a program that meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Barnes & Noble, Inc. to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Barnes & Noble, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $143,081.98 |
