Resolution: WHEREAS via resolution 18.17 dated April 17, 2024, the Board of Education authorized the award of an “On-Call” Architectural Engineering Services contract to Memasi Architecture & Engineering in response to District RFP-483 for an amount not to exceed $1 million, and

WHEREAS the District requires architectural engineering services for the “Entrance/Egress Restoration” at School 23, Family School 32, Enrico Fermi School and Lincoln High School, and

WHEREAS the response by Memasi Architecture & Engineering is to be deemed most advantageous to the District at a cost of $95,459.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to assign Memasi Architecture & Engineering to the task of providing “On-Call” Architectural Engineering Services for “Entrance/Egress Restoration” at School 23, Family School 32, Enrico Fermi School and Lincoln High School at a cost not to exceed $95,459.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
