Rationale:
|
The purchase of new MOSAIC, Point-Of-Sale terminals. Training, Go-Live assistance and shipping of goods for the roll out of the new system for all school cafeterias. Current POS system is outdated and isn't compatible with district PowerSchool.

Resolution:

WHEREAS, The New York State Education Department requires a accurate accounting system for school breakfast and school lunch programs. It is determined that the current POS is not compatible with the district PowerSchool.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the new MOSAIC, Point-Of-Sale terminals, training, Go-Live assistance and shipping of goods be purchased for $107,308.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to approve the purchase of MOSAIC Point-Of -Sale Terminals not to exceed the cost of $107,308.
