Resolution: WHEREAS by Resolution 18.14 dated April 17, 2024, Contract No. 2024-0797 was awarded to Joe Lombardo Plumbing & Heating of Rockland, Inc. in the amount of $5,571,083.00 and for a term of 1,000 calendar days, and

WHEREAS additional work is required for CIP 10876 in the amount of $41,111.43 of which is, increasing the contract from $5,571,083.00 to $5,612,194.43.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue Change Order 1 to Contract No. 2024-0797 HVAC Contract 2, CIP 10876 “Phase 1 of 2 for Window Replacement, Masonry, Interior Improvements & Site Work” at Family School 32 to Joe Lombardo Plumbing & Heating of Rockland, Inc. in the amount of $41,111.43; increasing the contract amount from $5,571,083.00 to $5,612,194.43 and no change in contract term.
