TOTAL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE ORDERS: Total expenditures shall not exceed for digital resources $77,505.60.
SCOPE: Renewal of digital services from the last school year. Vendors listed continue to provide digital platforms expanding resources supporting academic programming for teaching and learning. The District of Yonkers will have access to each of these digital platform educational resources for school year 2024-25.

WHEREAS, some vendors listed above are Sole Source Vendors that may be used by the Yonkers Public Schools under the current Yonkers Board of Education Policy and New York State General Municipal Law, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby approved the use of these vendors to provide digital resources for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the total expenditures pursuant to this award shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $77,505.60 for digital resources.
